Working competences in the field of medically assisted procreation
- Seminal fluid analysis, viability tests, seminal fluid preparation, spermatozoa freezing, DNA fragmentation (halosperm), spermatozoa selection with MACS method
- Sperm research in MESA, TESA, TESE, µTESE and freezing.
- Management of gamete/embryo banks both homologous and heterologous.
- Oocyte research, decumulation, ICSI, Fivet, fertilisation control, embryo evaluation, transfer.
- Freezing and thawing with slow freezing method on Planer of oocytes, zygotes, embryos;
- Vitrification and thawing of oocytes, zygotes, embryos, blastocysts.
- Biopsy of trophoectoderm, blastomeres and 1 and 2 polar globules, tubing of cells for CGH array, NGS; slide preparation for FISH.
