Consultant Biologist at the Department of Andrology and Assisted Reproduction of the San Carlo Clinic in Paderno Dugnano / Milan.
Since 1997 she has been involved in Diagnostic and Cryopreservation activities in the Seminology Laboratory and in seminal fluid preparation techniques for assisted reproduction.
Since 2003, she has been working in the team of Prof. Giovanni M. Colpi, where she is involved in the study of the functional competence of spermatozoa by means of different types of diagnostic tests (DNA fragmentation test, DNA condensation test, viability test, oxidative stress evaluation), and where she has acquired extensive experience in the field of surgical retrievals from TESE and MicroTESE.
Since 2016, he has performed the surgical specimen preparation of about 300 MicroTESE surgeries applying an innovative enzymatic treatment in order to improve the number and quality of recovered spermatozoa.
He has attended numerous Refresher Courses as a learner. He has held Courses as a lecturer.
He has to his credit several scientific congress contributions and various publications both nationally and internationally.
