Mom and Mom

At Next Fertility ProCrea we support love and family in all its forms.

Thanks to the entry into force of the amendment to the Civil Code, as of 01 July 2022, married women’s couples will officially be able to access assisted fertilisation treatments, in particular heterologous fertilisation, which, by means of sperm donation, will give them the opportunity to build a family <<in all respects>>, according to Maria von Känel, director of the Rainbow Families Federation.

Until a few years ago, this practice was reserved exclusively for heterosexual couples with conception problems.

For over twenty years, our team has been working every day to make the dream of forming a family come true for thousands of couples. From now on, we have the opportunity to be at the side of and give as much excitement to all female couples who have seen their dream denied for years.

What are the requirements?

By law, a marriage certificate must be presented to access medically assisted procreation treatments at our centre. It is not possible to accept civil unions, even if registered in a foreign state.

Available treatments

These techniques represent a concrete opportunity to realise the dream of having a child, overcoming the barriers that until a few years ago limited access to assisted fertilisation to heterosexual couples with conception problems.
