Yes. To accommodate couples with busy schedules during the week and those who do not live near the clinic, Next Fertility ProCrea offers a free one-hour initial information consultation online, conducted by one of our doctors specialising in medically assisted reproduction.
There are no waiting lists. The clinic is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
Treatment options are subject to a medical assessment of the female partner’s ovarian reserve, while treatments involving donated gametes are available up to the age of 50 for the female partner.
If this is the couple’s first consultation for medically assisted reproduction, our Patient Care Team recommends completing hormonal tests for the female partner and a semen analysis for the male partner before the consultation. In some cases, the semen analysis can also be performed on the same day as the appointment.
For more information about the initial consultation at our clinic, please visit this page.
Treatment costs can vary significantly depending on the type of treatment required. The costs will be explained in detail during your consultation with one of our specialists.
Following the consultation, our Patient Care Team will provide you with complete documentation and a personalised, detailed cost estimate, based on what was discussed during the appointment and including any additional services that may be recommended as part of your treatment.

We offer a range of payment options:

Yes. Under Swiss law, eggs and sperm can be cryopreserved for up to five years, with the possibility of requesting an extension for a further five years.
Under Swiss law, a maximum of three embryos can be transferred per cycle. However, to reduce the risk of multiple pregnancy, at Next Fertility ProCrea we generally recommend transferring up to two embryos or one blastocyst per cycle.
The most appropriate option will be discussed and determined together with your doctor.
At Next Fertility ProCrea, we work with both our in-house sperm bank and selected international biobanks, allowing us to ensure high standards for treatments involving donor sperm. All donors undergo a comprehensive series of medical, genetic and psychological assessments before being accepted into a donation programme.
Donation is entirely altruistic and non-commercial in nature.
The donor is selected to match the phenotypic characteristics of the male partner of the recipient couple as closely as possible, taking into account factors such as blood group, eye colour, hair colour, weight and height.
It is also possible to assess genetic compatibility between the patient and the donor through genetic compatibility testing.
The sperm donors we work with must be between 18 and 40 years of age and meet specific medical and psychological requirements.
As part of the selection process, we collect a comprehensive medical history, including the donor’s reproductive history (such as whether they have children and any history of miscarriage in previous relationships), as well as information about their occupation and lifestyle, in order to obtain as complete a profile as possible.
No. We work with our own sperm bank, which offers a wide range of donor characteristics to meet the needs of our patients.
Our partner centres in Italy and Switzerland can provide initial consultations for couples experiencing infertility and, in some cases, can also perform intrauterine insemination (IUI) using the couple’s own gametes.
They can also carry out monitoring appointments during ovarian stimulation or endometrial preparation, allowing patients to complete part of their treatment closer to home.
We recommend contacting the Next Fertility ProCrea Patient Care Team in advance for further information and to arrange an appointment.
Treatment monitoring can be carried out at our Next Fertility ProCrea clinic. Alternatively, you can have the required blood tests and ultrasound scans performed by your own gynaecologist.
In this case, the results must be sent to our team by 2:00 pm on the day of the monitoring appointment.
It depends on the individual treatment plan. Patients will need to attend the clinic for the initial consultation and, depending on the treatment chosen, may need to return one or more times during the course of treatment.
Yes. On weekdays, it is generally possible to undergo certain diagnostic tests, such as blood tests, ultrasound scans or a semen analysis, on the same day as your initial consultation, if considered necessary by the doctor.
Whether these tests can be performed immediately depends on the type of examinations required and will be assessed based on the medical history collected during the consultation.
In all cases, you will always be provided with clear information about the costs before any tests are carried out.
